Samolet intends to bring the service Samolet Plus to IPO by 2025

Developer Samolet is planning an IPO of the fintech real estate service Samolet Plus by 2025. Company positions service as its first proptech and fintech project. In 2022 the turnover of transactions on the platform amounted to ₽337 billion. Share of Airplane Plus in the market of real estate transactions is about 3% now, by 2030 the service plans to take 20% of the market.
