Sberbank has launched a mortgage for individuals to purchase commercial real estate on the secondary market. Previously, only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs had such an opportunity. Interest rate on such a mortgage on Domklik will be from 12.7% per annum. Loan of 500 thousand to 100 million is granted for a period of 1 year to 25 years. Initial payment must be at least 30%.
