Berkeley Lights and IsoPlexis have completed their merger

Berkeley Lights completed its merger with IsoPlexis. IsoPlexis shareholders received 0.612 shares of Berkeley Lights stock for each share of their company. They now own 24.8% of the combined company. Berkeley Lights shareholders own 75.2%. The merged company changed its name to PhenomeX and its share ticker to CELL.
