Systema has become the owner of Natura Siberica group of companies

Sistema announced the acquisition of JSC Organic Rus, which owns Natura Siberica group of companies. Amount and other terms of the deal are not disclosed by the corporation. Group sells products under brands Natura Siberica, Organic Shop, Organic People, Organic Kitchen, Planeta Organica, and Granny's Recipes Agafya. In 2022 the revenue of Natura Siberica was ₽10.2 billion.
