Samolet buys one of the largest real estate developers in moscow region

Developer Samolet acquires one of the largest housing developers in Moscow region - MIK group of companies. Amount of the deal is more than ₽40 billion. Payment will be made in several tranches with the involvement of bank financing. Acquisition of GK MIC will allow Samolet to reach at the end of 2023 EBITDA approximately ₽100 billion, having essentially raised capitalization and becoming one of the largest players of the developer market, has noted investment strategist of Arikapital Sergey Suverov.
