Samolet will build three mixed-use complexes in New Moscow

Developer Samolet will build three multifunctional complexes of almost 43 thousand square meters in New Moscow. Complexes will be built on three adjacent land plots of about 6 hectares as a part of residential complex Podolskie quarters in the village of Alkhimovo, Ryazanovskaya settlement. Area of residential development here is about 583 thousand square meters. In addition, on a land plot of 15,35 hectares on Sosnovaya Street, 5, it is planned to build two centers of innovation and import substitution with a total area of 24 thousand square meters.
