Sistema is interested in acquiring Ladoga House-Building Plant

Sistema JSFC is interested in acquiring Ladoga House-Building Plant, which has initiated bankruptcy, Interfax sources said. Enterprise is the country's largest producer of CLT-panels for wooden houses. Corporation offered to buy out claims on Ladoga House-Building Plant's debts to SME Bank. This will allow to gain control over the enterprise and merge it with similar assets of Segezha.
