X5 Retail Group buys Victoria chain

X5 Retail Group buys Victoria Baltia, which operates Victoria stores in the Kaliningrad region, Moscow and Moscow region, Deshevo stores in the Kaliningrad region, as well as two distribution centers and a CASH hypermarket in Kaliningrad. Perimeter of the deal includes 118 stores with a total selling area of 92 thousand sq. m., as well as two distribution centers in the Kaliningrad region with a total area of 14.2 thousand sq. m. Amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
