Construction of a gas processing and liquefaction plant in Ust-Luga, which is being built by a joint venture of Gazprom and Rusgazdobycha, has been pushed back by two years, said Alexander Drozdenko, governor of the Leningrad Region. Governor also said that new partners had been attracted to the project, which guaranteed the provision of certain bottlenecks in the technology that were critical after Linde's departure.
