Boris Simis has left the Positive Technologies board of directors

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Positive Technologies Boris Simis has decided to voluntarily resign from the Board of Directors. This step will allow him to pay more attention to the development of his personal projects while actively participating in the development of Positive Technologies as a co-owner. Board of Directors will continue its work in a reduced composition until the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for September 8, 2023.
