Lukoil and Kazmunaigas finalize transfer of 50% in Kalamkas-Khazar Operating to Lukoil

Lukoil and Kazmunaigas oil companies are finalizing the sale of 50% in Kalamkas-Khazar Operating LLP in favor of the Russian company. Parties also exchanged views on joint activities on the project Kalamkas-More, Khazar, Auezov on the Caspian Sea shelf, operated by Kalamkas-Khazar Operating LLP. It is planned to present and approve the project of field development at the central commission for exploration and development of mineral resources of Kazakhstan in the 3rd quarter of 2023.
