CLT Development will launch a chain of wooden hotels

Sistema's CLT Development will build wooden mini-hotels in Russia. These will be three-storey hotels with 52 rooms. At the first stage it is planned to open up to 30 mini-hotels in the cities of the Golden Ring, as well as in the Central and Southern Federal Districts. Investment in the project will amount to about ₽9 billion. Start of construction of the first object is planned to begin this year.
