Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant's IFRS loss for 6 months of 2023 amounted to ₽14.253 billion, against a profit of ₽29.622 billion in the previous year. Revenue fell 20.2% to ₽78.631 billion versus ₽98.559 billion a year earlier.
