Sual Partners filed a lawsuit against Rusal's Board of Directors

Viktor Vekselberg's Sual Partners has filed a ₽74 billion lawsuit against Rusal's board of directors, according to a case file. There are no other details in the case file. Earlier, it was reported that Sual plans to take the company to court over the actions or rather inaction of the board of directors when the company made unprofitable deals to hedge aluminum prices in 2021-2022, as well as deals to acquire RusHydro shares instead of paying dividends.
