Gazprom will not buy out the additional issue of OGK-2

Gazprom's Board of Directors is not planning to consider the purchase of the holding's own shares or those of OGK-2 at its September 13 meeting, Gazprom's information department said. The day before, OGK-2 announced that it had convened a shareholders' meeting on the issue of an additional issue of 48.283 billion shares, while Gazprom simultaneously announced that it was holding a meeting of its board of directors on the issue of the holding's acquisition of shares.
