NLMK sold its long product division

NLMK has sold its long product division, according to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to the register, 100% of Vtorchermet NLMK LLC and NLMK-Kaluga LLC, which owns NLMK-Sort and NLMK-Metiz LLC, are now owned by Promsort LLC, a structure of Industrial and Metallurgical Holding owner Evgeny Zubitsky. Experts estimate that the deal could be worth ₽75-100 billion.
