Severstal expects in 2023 to produce 11.5 million tons of steel

Severstal plans to return to steel output of 11.5 million tons by the end of 2023. In 2022, 10.69 million tons of steel were produced, down 8.2% from 11.65 million tons in 2021. In the first half of 2023, steel production increased 6% and sales increased 9%.
