Globaltrans registered the prospectus of receipts with the Bank of Russia

Bank of Russia decided to register the prospectus of Globaltrans global depositary receipts. Registration of the prospectus will allow the company to maintain its listing on the Moscow Exchange without being tied to an international listing.
