Transneft's Board of Directors to consider share split on September 15

Meeting of the Board of Directors of Transneft on the issue of stock split will be held on September 15. Earlier committee of the Board of Directors of the company supported the proposal of the administration and management of the company to split the shares 100 times to increase their liquidity.
