Samolet will build almost 1 million square meters in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region

Developer Samolet will build a 986 thousand sq. m. residential complex near the village of Bogdanikha in the Leninsky Urban District of Moscow Region. Project called Bogdanovsky Forest will occupy 72 hectares of land. In total it is planned to build 12 phases, investing in them about ₽70 billion. In the first phase of six buildings with height from 11 to 12 floors projected 1.6 thousand apartments with a total area of 68.5 thousand square meters. m. Commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
