Court ends dispute between Lukoil and Otkritie Holding in peace

Arbitration Court of Moscow has approved a settlement agreement in the dispute over the application of the bankruptcy trustee of Otkritie Holding, Maria Bulatova, and its main creditor, Trust Bank, to recover ₽12.1 billion from Lukoil to the bankruptcy estate of Otkritie Holding. Conditions of the settlement agreement were not disclosed.
