DMFA JSC consolidated 58.26% of Detsky Mir PJSC shares by transferring 100% of shares to non-public DMK JSC as payment for part of the repurchased shares. Now DMFA intends to make another offer to repurchase the remaining shares of Detsky Mir PJSC. Upon completion of the repurchase, PJSC Detsky Mir may be liquidated, subject to necessary corporate resolutions.
