Andrey Molchanov again transferred 10% of LSR shares to his son Egor

Andrey Molchanov, the majority owner of LSR, reduced his stake in the company from 65.1% to 55.1%. His son Egor Molchanov, on the contrary, increased his stake in the company from 1% to 11%. Earlier, on June 1, Andrei Molchanov had already transferred 10% in the company to his son. Then on June 9, he increased his stake in the company again from 55.1% to 65.1%.
