Sistema sold the venture fund Sistema SmartTech

Sistema has withdrawn from the capital of Sistema SmartTech venture fund, which was established in 2020 to finance early-stage startups. JSC Trans Capital became the new owner of 90% of the fund. Remaining 10% of Sistema SmartTech was retained by Capital Invest LLC, whose beneficiary is Dmitry Sherstobitov. The target amount of the fund is ₽5 billion. When the fund was created, it was assumed that AFC would be the anchor investor.
