China allows pork supplies from Russia

China's General Administration of Customs has lifted restrictions on pork exports from Russia, which had been in place since 2008 due to the spread of ASF. Agency will now formulate inspection and quarantine requirements for Russian pork shipments. Largest pork producer in Russia is Miratorg, which accounts for about 12.6% of industrial production. Rusagro is in third place with a 6.4% market share, while Cherkizovo is in ninth place with a 4.9% market share.
