MD Medical intends to upgrade the listing status of the receipts on the Moscow Exchange to primary by registering the prospectus with the Bank of Russia and obtaining the regulator's decision on the admission of the securities to public circulation in the Russian Federation. Company has already sent the necessary documents to the Bank of Russia and is waiting for the regulator's decision.
