Owners of 43% of Phosagro shares filed claims against Euroclear for ₽3.4 billion

Two companies registered in the Kaliningrad SAR, which together own 43.6% of PhosAgro, have filed lawsuits against Euroclear for ₽3.4 billion. Claims have been filed with the Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad Region. Details of the lawsuits have not been disclosed yet. PhosAgro did not comment on them.
