Developer of the Astra Linux operating system Astra Group plans to hold an IPO on the Moscow Exchange in the fourth quarter of 2023, during which it wants to sell up to 10% of shares, sources told RBC. Subsequently, the size of the free float may be increased. Company is targeting both institutional and retail investors. A source close to one of the organizers of the offering suggests that the IPO may value the group at more than ₽60-80 billion.
