Sitronics Group bought 25% of the capital of Perm Shipyard

Sitronics Group acquired a 25% stake in Perm Shipyard LLC from the Perm Krai Development Fund with an option to increase the stake to 100%. Company plans to invest in Perm Shipyard for reconstruction and modernization of its production facilities. Amount of the deal and volume of investments are not disclosed by the parties. A Vedomosti source close to the shipyard claims that the blocking stake cost the investor ₽100 million.
