Ministry of Finance to withdraw banks' excess profits through dividends

Withdrawal of 2023 excess income from banks through income tax is impossible, as the budget for the next three years does not provide for changes in basic taxation - income tax, personal income tax, VAT. Therefore, we can take away the excess income from banks through increased dividends, said Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
