Positive Technologies updated its dividend policy

Board of Directors of Positive Technologies approved a new version of the dividend policy, updating it in line with the company's existing practice. Company will continue to allocate at least once a year between 50 and 100% of NIC's management net income to dividends. Positive Technologies has already allocated ₽3.75 billion for dividends in 2023, making two payments of 50% and 25% of last year's NICs.
