Bank of Russia registered the prospectus of X5 Retail Group receipts

X5 Retail Group has registered a prospectus for global depositary receipts with the Bank of Russia. In essence, the company obtained a primary listing on Moskbirge, which makes it independent of the securities' admission to trading on other trading floors.
