Yakovlev may conduct additional issue for 32 billion shares

Board of Directors of Yakovlev proposed to place 32 bln additional shares by private subscription in favor of a classified circle of persons. Payment for the additional shares may be made either in cash or by offsetting cash claims. Shareholders will discuss the additional issue at the meeting on November 08.
