Retailer Magnit buys KazanExpress marketplace. Amount of the deal is not disclosed. According to experts, it could be about ₽10 billion. Audience KazanExpress has about 5 million people a month, with the site cooperates 12 thousand Russian sellers. After the deal is finalized, Magnit plans to launch its own marketplace called Magnit Market on the basis of KazanExpress.
