LSR doubled the volume of real estate sales

Value of LSR's new contracts in 9 months of 2023 amounted to ₽145 billion, up 2.3 times from ₽64 billion a year earlier. In physical terms, the volume of sales increased 2.1 times, to 775 thousand square meters. Share of mortgage transactions amounted to 76%.
