Mosenergo increased its stake in Gazprom Energoholding Industrial Assets LLC

Mosenergo increased its stake in the authorized capital of Gazprom Energoholding Industrial Assets by making an additional contribution with a nominal value of ₽7.5 billion. As a result, Mosenergo's stake in the engineering company increased from 39.95% to 46.96%.
