Seized shares of TGK-2 were transferred under the control of Gazprom Energoholding

Seized in favor of the state at the suit of the Prosecutor General's Office, 83% of TGK-2 shares were transferred under the control of Gazprom Energoholding, sources told Kommersant. TGK-2 and Gazprom Energoholding declined to comment.
