Spirit Realty Capital combines with Realty Income

Realty Income and Spirit Realty Capital have entered into a merger agreement. Spirit Realty shareholders will receive 0.762 shares of Realty Income per share of their company. They will own 13% of the combined company. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2024.
