Moscow Exchange halted trading in RN-Western Siberia shares

Moscow Exchange has restricted settlement codes for transactions in RN-Western Siberia shares. In the trading modes Main Trading Mode T+ and Incomplete Lots from November 01, 2023 there are no allowed settlement codes.
