Court invalidated the sale of Zdorovaya Farma to Cherkizovo Group

Moscow Arbitration Court granted the Moscow Network Company's claim to invalidate the sale of the South Urals agricultural holding Zdorovaya Farma to Cherkizovo Group. Auction for the sale of Zdorovaya Farma took place in December last year. Plaintiff participated in the bidding process but did not win.
