Yakovlev started placement of additional share issue

Yakovlev Corporation announced the launch of a stock offering at a price of ₽21.8007 per paper. Company plans to place 32 billion additional shares by private subscription in favor of a classified circle of persons. Payment for the shares may be made in cash or property, as well as by offsetting counter monetary claims.
