Board of Directors of Whoosh approved a long-term employee incentive program and the first stage of repurchase of own shares to form an option pool. Participants in the program will receive shares in the company at the end of 2024, 2025 and 2026 if EBITDA targets are achieved. Maximum number of shares to be purchased in the option pool does not exceed 4,500,000 shares, which is about 4% of the share capital.
