Armenian regulator authorized the sale of MTS Armenia

Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia has authorized the sale of MTS Armenia CJSC to Fedilco Group Limited of Cyprus. Transaction should be realized within six months from the date of publication of the final decision. Amount of the transaction is not disclosed. According to experts' estimates, MTS Armenia may cost about ₽19 bln.
