Softline placed 44 mln shares by private subscription

Softline completed the placement of 44 million shares by closed subscription in favor of a subsidiary. Company plans to use the issued shares for employee motivation program, attracting new investors and selling shareholdings to them, settlements within the framework of future M&A deals and other promising projects. In fact, 25 million of them are already being offered in the current SPO at ₽140-149.84 per share.
