LSR bought 20% of the Shabolovka development project

LSR has acquired from the Moscow authorities 20% of Navis Engineering, which owns an unfinished TV center building and a 1.3 hectare land plot on Shabolovka Street in Moscow. Transaction amounted to ₽1.3 bln. Group is now determining the future use of the land plot on the company's balance sheet.
