Owners of 73.3% of HeadHunter agreed to exchange receipts for shares

ICJSC Headhunter received bids for exchange of 73.3% of HeadHunter plc receipts for shares in the ratio of 1:1. Holders of 1.3% of HeadHunter securities submitted bids to buy back the receipts.
