Mosgorlombard raised ₽303 million in its IPO

Company Mosgorlombard raised ₽303 mln in the IPO, having placed about 121.2 mln shares at a price of ₽2.5 per paper. Initially, it had planned to float almost 3 times that amount - 322.58 million securities. All the company during the IPO is valued at ₽3.17 billion, and the free-float will be 14.6%. Raised during the IPO, the company will use the funds to create an online platform for the resale of things, as well as to increase the network of pawnshops.
