Softline acquired a developer of payment terminals

Softline has acquired Inversum, a developer of payment terminals. Deal will allow the company to develop the first and unique on the Russian market import-independent line of Russian payment terminals, as well as to expand its presence on the payment market in Russia and abroad. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
