Mosgorlombard shareholders approved the conversion of preferred shares

Shareholders of Mosgorlombard have approved the conversion of preferred shares into ordinary shares. Now the company has 994.1 mln common shares. After conversion of preferred securities, their number will increase to 1.268 bln.
