SFI began directly owning its quasi-treasury shares

On December 27, 2023, investment holding "Esafai" became the owner of "Esafai Trading" - a company that owns 57.09% of shares of the holding. Previously, the participation in the capital of Esefai Trading was equally divided between the holding's subsidiaries in Cyprus - Weridge Investments and Barigton Holdings.
